The aim of ROSIER Scale Stroke Assessment is to enable medical and nursing staff to differentiate patients with stroke and stroke mimics. However, it cannot be used to confidently rule out or identify stroke as a diagnosis. Comprehensive clinical assessment and further examination on potential stroke patients are still important and cannot be replaced.
